Customized SERCOS III Module | -- |
The KUNBUS-COM SERCOS III communication interface was created based on the development of the KUNBUS-IC family. The interface (Sercos 3) includes optoelectronic couplers, bus drivers, microcontroller s, and memory, but also an SMC plug with 32 pins for control respective the application, as well as plug-in connectors for bus connection.
The easy connection of the COM module Sercos III is made possible with a cable or by plugging onto the control card. Because of the uniform pin-out of all COM modules, they can be replaced easily by other variants (for example PROFINET, EtherCAT, etc.). Thus they assume the function of a SERCOS III option card.
