Customized CANopen Module | -- |
The KUNBUS-COM communication interfaces were developed based on the development of the KUNBUS-IC family. The version CANopen (Control Area Network) includes memory, optoelectronic couplers, microcontrollers and bus drivers, but also an SMC plug with 32 pins to control or application, as well as plug-in connectors for bus connection.
The COM module CANopen can be connected conveniently with a cable or by plugging in to the control card. Because of the uniform pin-out of all COM modules, they can be replaced easily by other variants (for example DeviceNet, PROFIBUS , etc.). Accordingly, they can be used as CANopen option cards.
